This is my first time participating in Inktober and I'm excited to be doing it! What I'm hoping to get out of Inktober is - - Improving my drawing skills - Pushing my comfort zones - Learning new things both with my traditional art and digital art - Getting into better art habits It'll be interesting I think to see where I'm at with any of those by the end of it. I am already learning new things with my chosen mediums, so that's a good start! Most of all I'm just having fun putting ideas for the prompts to paper and just letting myself be me, worrying less about what others think and just enjoying the process. It is so fascinating to see how so many people interpret a given prompt/thing so differently. Challenges like this are fantastic ideas. Art is wonderful.

I've decided to go ahead and upload some of the art I've done in my more emotional states. I just want to make a disclaimer that I do see medical professionals. Drawing these pieces is part of a therapeutic process for me. Maybe others can identify with it and know they aren't alone. I do also share these pieces with my Therapist.
